Refund Policy

If you're not fully satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Products must be 90% unused. 
Delivery charges are non-refundable, and all return/exchange shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
We process all requests within 3–5 working days — with care and itminan.
