To process any return or exchange, a clear unboxing video (taken from the moment the sealed parcel is opened) is mandatory. This helps us verify the condition of the product and ensures a fair process for both sides.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable tracked courier service.

💧 Product Condition

We only accept returns or exchanges for:

  • At least 90% of the perfume must remain in the bottle
  • Product must be returned in original packaging

🔁 Exchanges

If you’re not happy with your purchase and wish to try another fragrance, you’re welcome to request an exchange under the same 24-hour and unboxing video conditions.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are processed according to the customer’s preference (bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.) and may take 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
