Eligibility

• Unopened perfumes and beauty tools in original, sealed packaging: eligible for return or exchange for any reason within 15 days.
• Opened or used perfumes, beauty tools, and kitchen products: eligible for exchange only if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (not for change-of-mind, due to hygiene and safety standards).
• Item must include original packaging and invoice/order confirmation.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery via [WhatsApp/Instagram DM/email] with your order number and photos of the item.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the next steps.
3. Once approved, arrange pickup/drop-off as instructed.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Exchange: Free replacement for another product of equal value once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refund: Processed via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within [5–7] business days of approval (since orders are COD, refunds are issued this way rather than to a card).

Return Shipping Costs

• Change-of-mind returns (unopened items): customer covers return shipping.
• Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Itminan Essentials covers return shipping.

Non-Returnable
Items without original packaging, used beauty tools/perfumes without a defect claim, or requests made after 15 days.
