Pakistan only.

   Product colors may appear slightly different from the
   actual item due to variations in screen resolution,
   brightness, and display calibration. Such color variations
   do not constitute a defect or grounds for a return unless
   the discrepancy is significant and materially affects the
   product's intended purpose.

b) Product Availability
   All products listed on Itminan Essential are subject to
   availability. We reserve the right to discontinue, remove,
   or modify any product listing at any time without prior
   notice. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable after
   your order is confirmed, we will notify you via phone or
   WhatsApp and offer a suitable alternative or cancel your
   order with no obligation.

c) Pricing
   All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees
   (PKR). Itminan Essential reserves the right to change prices at
   any time without prior notice. However, the price
   displayed at the time of your order confirmation will be
   honored.

   In the event of a pricing error on our website, we
   reserve the right to cancel any orders made at the
   incorrect price, and we will notify the customer
   accordingly.

a) Placing an Order
   By placing an order on Itminan Essential, you are making an offer

   All orders are subject to acceptance, availability

b) Order Confirmation
   After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation
   via phone or WhatsApp. This confirmation is an
   acknowledgment of your order — it does not constitute
   final acceptance.Itminan Essential reserves the right to review
   all orders before final dispatch.

c) Order Cancellation by Itminan Essential
   Itminan Essential reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order
   at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases
   involving:
   - Pricing or product listing errors
   - Suspected fraudulent activity
   - Incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable order information
   - Stock unavailability confirmed after order placement
   - Delivery address outside our serviceable area

   In all such cases, the customer will be notified promptly.

d) Order Cancellation by Customer
   Customers may cancel their order before it has been
   dispatched by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
   Once an order has been marked as dispatched, it cannot be
   cancelled and must go through the Refund & Return process
   if applicable.

Itminan Essential currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the
sole payment method. Payment must be made in full, in
Pakistani Rupees (PKR), to the delivery rider at the time of
delivery.

- We do not accept advance payments, bank transfers, digital
  wallets, or any other form of pre-payment at this time.
- Customers must ensure the correct amount is available at
  the time of delivery.
- Itminan Essential reserves the right to decline COD orders based
  on delivery history, address verifiability, or geographic
  limitations.
